I don't exactly remember how we first came up with the idea of putting 'Cure of Another Kind' out through the mighty internet. I think it was just a thought Kari was toying with at one point. Of course it would've been great if someone had signed us and paid the bills etc. Yet the more we weighed the upsides and downsides of web release, the more we felt it was the way to go.

The point of giving our debut album away for free is that we want it to be available to as many potential listeners as possible. To introduce ourselves to people who are into this kind of music.It's unfortunate fact that the majority of new and upcoming metal bands (and bands in general) with record contracts don't get the attention they'd deserve. Often the main reason for this is either poor promotion or no promotion whatsoever.

Another considerable aspect is the distribution of the album. You simply can't find a distributor more effective than the good ol' World Wide Web. If you like what we've done you are more than welcome to spread the word. We'd truly appreciate it.
